Job Description

Position Summary: The Evaluation manager will lead the evaluation efforts of Grail Family Services, ensuring that programs, projects and policies are assessed effectively to inform decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities: Design and implement comprehensive evaluation strategies to assess the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of various programs, projects and initiatives within the organization. Oversee the planning, execution, and management of evaluation projects, including defining objectives, selecting methodologies, collecting and analyzing data, and reporting findings. Work closely with program managers, department heads and other stakeholders to understand evaluation needs, establish evaluation criteria, and communicate evaluation finds effectively. In addition the Evaluation Manager will lead the evaluation efforts of the SSPC in partnership with the initiative manager and all agencies evaluation leads Develop agency’s theory of change and evaluation workplan for GFS and the SSPC evaluation efforts Ensure that evaluation methodologies adhere to best practices and standards, including randomized control trials, quasi-experimental designs, mixed-method approaches, and utilization-focused evaluation techniques. Oversee the collection, management, and analysis of quantitative data, utilizing statistical tools, survey instruments, interviews, focus groups and other data collection methods as appropriate. Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders highlighting key findings, conclusions, and recommendations for program improvement and decision-making. Develop and implement systems to monitor ongoing program performance and outcomes, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Provide training, guidance, and technical assistance to staff members involved in evaluation activities, building organizational capacity in monitoring and evaluation. Keep abreast of developments in the field of program evaluation, including emerging methodologies, tools, and technologies, and incorporate best practices into evaluation processes. Ensure the quality and integrity of evaluation processes and products, including adherence to ethical standards, data confidentiality, and accuracy in reporting. Salesforce Management Actively participate in the strategic planning process and implementation Provides professional development for Staff Collaborates with Research institutions in the development and implementation of evaluation efforts
