SVCN is helping quality early childhood service providers strengthen leadership and organizational capacity to adapt and thrive in the fast-changing world of childcare and early learning. 

During this intensive 12-month training program, participants will partake in monthly cohort meetings and a series of capacity building workshops focusing on topics important to early learning organizations, such as nonprofit finance and budgeting, family engagement, building a quality early learning program, workforce development, and public policy and advocacy. Each participant will also be matched with an executive coach for focused work in an identified area of leadership development. Upon successful completion of the program, participants may earn 3 Continuing Education Unit (CEU) credits through San Jose State University and a $500 stipend.
