This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Silicon Valley Community Foundation’s fundholders as well as strategic support to members of the Donor Engagement (DE) team in their work to provide best in class comprehensive advisory and transactional services for donors. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to execute detail-orientated communication and strive within operational processes in a fast-paced environment with a professional demeanor and collaborative spirit.
