The Executive Assistant/Business Manager is a newly created position that will be a key member of a small backbone team responsible for supporting Project Safety Net’s collective impact, which is dedicated to youth resiliency, wellbeing promotion and suicide prevention. This position provides comprehensive support to the CEO, serves as a liaison to the Board of Directors, and manages organization’s business operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while working in a start-up environment. This exempt position will initially be 32 hours/week with benefits, flexible hours, and teleworking. As agency grows, there is opportunity to increase hours to 40 hours/week. This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
