The Family Service Manager will provide coordination for the delivery of best practice Family Services for the Family Service Department at the San Jose location.
Monitor grant funding
Coordinate, monitor and evaluate all Family Service programs
Identify, plan, organize, and implement social services activities to maximize services provided to those in need
Maintain and monitor an adequate referral resource system and ensure that it is updated regularly and that current resources are posted and shared
Monitor the activities of assigned personnel, ensuring adequate communication with all staff relating to adherence to The Salvation Army policy and their particular job descriptions
Maintain and promote a cooperative working environment among the Family Services department, other departments, and the business office
