The Health Trust is looking for a Front Desk Program Associate to support our Aids and Housing Programs. Under general supervision of Business Operations Manager and according to general policies and procedures, provides administrative support for case management staff and managers. Responsible for general operations of the Race Street Office and the oversight of the front desk area. This position provides customer service: helping clients check in for their appointments, contacting case managers, meeting with the person of the day (POD).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Welcomes clients and visitors by greeting them cordially, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries regarding program services including hours of operation.
Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls, and notifies appropriate personnel or records messages
Optimizes clients’ satisfaction, case manager time, and interview room utilization by maintaining room schedule and notifying staff of cancellations when appropriate.
Keeps client appointments on schedule by notifying case manager of client’s arrival
Coordinate facilities support and escalate as necessary.
Supports daily office operations.
