The Human Resources Assistant position provides administrative support to the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Generalist on all personnel matters including benefits, payroll processing, credentialing and recruitment. The Human Resources Assistant will assist with all administrative duties in the department as needed.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
College, technical school or 1-2 years’ related experience and/or training in designated field. Equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees.
Reconciles the benefits statements.
Verifies I-9 documentation.
Conducts audits of various payroll, benefits or other Human Resource programs and recommends any corrective action if needed.
Updates Human Resource spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork. • Assists with processing of terminations.
