Manager of Facilitation PCRC seeks a proven professional adept in and knowledgeable in Facilitation and Instructional capacities as well as in the practices of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity (DIE) to lead its mission-driven facilitation team to provide quality service delivery to our community, stakeholders, and partners. This position serves as a key member of PCRC’s management team and is an active participant in the training and facilitation programs impacting the organization. The Manager of Facilitation reports directly to the Director of Programs. Facilitation staff, full and part-time will report directly to the Manager of Facilitation. With a strong reputation built on 35 years of trusted local partnerships, this individual will have the opportunity to deepen the organization’s impact through the implementation of PCRC’s first comprehensive Theory of Change.
