At BGCP, we are committed to running effective and rigorous expanded learning time programs, after school during the academic year and for the full day during the summer, to promote school success. As the Manager, Program Operations, you will ensure that BGCP’s K-12 program is implemented with quality and fidelity across seven school sites and three clubhouses. You will be a member of the Program Strategy team based at BGCP’s administrative office in Menlo Park, CA, with frequent travel to ten program sites in East Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Redwood City.

While we're all hustling to direct critical resources, volunteers, and services to where they can be most effective in responding to the COVID-19 crisis, we know that many nonprofits need to staff up quickly to adequately serve their communities.
