Working with the Executive Director, the Programs Coordinator will work as a member of a cross-functional team of direct service management, marketing and funds development. She/he will responsible for designing, planning, evaluating and implementing Day Worker Center programs. Duties and responsibilities include the principal functions of the job. Duties and Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the planning, implementation, development and evaluation of the programs at the Day Worker Center of Mountain View.
Specifically manages and supervises volunteer coordination.
Assessment of program and service needs. Designs and directs implementation of a system of services to meet community needs.
Participates in the Center’s short-term and long-term planning; assists in establishing department goals and evaluating services delivery.
