Reporting to the Director of Nonprofit Support Services and Leadership Investment, the Project Manager provides support for multiple projects within the Community Action Grantmaking team. The Project Manager will work across the division and SVCF to ensure strategic implementation, timely communication, continuity and accountability for capacity building, leadership investment and nonprofit support services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead project teams focused on nonprofit support for the Community Action Grantmaking team; this includes managing project budgets, internal/external relationships, implementation plans, events and tracking outcomes
Facilitate a collaborative process of developing and maintaining project timelines, deliverables, and work plans; initiate, track, and coordinate multiple strands of activity to ensure that projects and deliverables are progressing according to plan and in a timely manner, individually and in coordination with each other
Assist and guide collaborators through planning activities, beginning with discovery through delivery designed to support SVCF’s key projects and strategic goals; contribute to the development and use of tools, processes, and resources to ensure the accurate, timely, and cost-effective execution of work plans; manage resources assigned to projects to ensure success
Develop project plans, dashboards and reports to facilitate communication

QUALIFICATIONS:
Willingness to embrace SVCF’s core values in all work related tasks and activities
Bachelor’s degree required
Five years of progressively responsible experience in consulting or project management, working on complex, multi-dimensional projects
Ability to think strategically at the process level, while keeping the big picture in mind
