As the School Site Director, Expanded Learning Time Programs at Garfield Community School in Redwood City/Menlo Park, you will ensure a high-quality school-based expanded learning time program is delivered to our students, in collaboration with families, and school partners, every day after school during the academic year and during the 5-week full day summer program. You will be a member of the BGCP Site Leadership Team, collaborating closely with Unit Directors across sites and providing critical input and feedback to the program strategy and training team and the impact and evaluation teams to ensure that BGCP’s K-8 Expanded Learning Time Program is implemented with fidelity and consistency across sites and is driving school success outcomes for students.
