About the Role
Reporting to the Support Line Manager, the Bilingual Volunteer Coordinator I provides intakes, needs assessment, information on community resources both in person and on the phone using a strength-based, client-centered, trauma-informed approach to individuals and families impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. This role will also coordinate volunteer schedules and ensures onboarding and training for volunteers within the Crisis Intervention program, ensuring they have the skills, cultural competency and support they need to be successful in their service delivery and data entry.
