About the Role

SALARY RANGE: $7,134.00 - $8,670.00 per month in Five Annual Steps

 

While maintaining good public relations and implementing the goals and vision of the regional center, this person in this position will serve as subject matter experts responsible for providing technical assistance on IDEA provisions to regional center service coordinators who support consumers, ages 0 to 22 years old, and their families in accessing early intervention and educational services and supports intended to address their unique needs and prepare them for inclusion, Early Start transitions, further education, employment and independent living.

 

A Master’s Degree in social work, rehabilitation counseling or a related field from an accredited college or a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work plus four years of experience. Must have relevant knowledge, credentials, and experience derived from prior work in a leadership capacity within the educational system.

 

About the Company

San Andreas Regional Center is a community-based, private nonprofit corporation funded by the State of California to serve people with developmental disabilities as required by the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Act. The Lanterman Act is part of California law that sets out the rights and responsibilities of persons with developmental disabilities. San Andreas is one of 21 regional centers throughout California serving individuals and their families who reside within Monterey, San Benito, Santa Clara, and Santa Cruz Counties.
