About the Role
The Lead Program Financial Analyst (LPFA) is the Fiscal partner to the program operations of the agency and mentor to the Assistant Program Financial Analyst (APFA). As the LPFA, your work, whether it’s reviewing and analyzing reports to our funders or identifying new opportunities to streamline internal processes, is used by our leaders to make strategic decisions to support our agency’s mission and goals. Working on multiple assignments/projects at a time you will look for creative ways to take on big-picture challenges including process improvements and serve as a collaborative business partner to our program teams. The LPFA has high visibility to the agency’s leadership team and interacts with a wide range of key stakeholders (Program, Fiscal, Development, and Grantors). This role reports to the Director of Finance and will support the Director in the coordination of the team’s deliverables.
