About the Role
The Licensed Clinical Program Manager will promote Catholic Charities' mission and values and build effective relationships inside and outside the organization that inspire others to action. Licensure as a clinician in California is essential as well as knowledge and experience in treating trauma. This role requires someone who is adaptable, self-reflective, and an empathetic team player with strong interpersonal skills and a desire to support the needs of children, families, adults, and probation youth. The Licensed Clinical Program Manager will bring a sophisticated understanding of cultural competency, and conflict resolution and demonstrate self-initiative and a genuine interest in professional and personal growth. This individual should also demonstrate interest and proven skill in implementing best practices.
Under the direction of the Senior Director of the Clinical and Wellness Division, the Licensed Clinical Program Manager will oversee Counseling and Mental Health Services. This position will oversee the provision of the best possible clinical services for community members, including children and families, older adults, and probation youth, and the smooth functioning of the division.
