About the Role

Reporting to the Associate Director of Community Support Services, the North Community Support Manager is responsible for the optimal performance of community support services within the Support Services Department in Northern Santa Clara County, including an on-campus program at Stanford University. This position is located primarily located in Palo Alto and will involve travel between Palo Alto and San Jose locations. The North Community Support Manager is responsible for ensuring program compliance with federal and state regulations, corporate policies and procedures, and recommends improvements/changes to existing corporate policies to the Director of Support Services. The North Community Support Manager ensures the development, implementation, oversight, and evaluation of operational procedures and programs/functions within the North Community Support program.
