About the Role
The Refugee Foster Care (RFC) program provides culturally and linguistically appropriate child welfare, foster care, and independent living services to unaccompanied youth in the URM Program.
Works under the supervision of the Foster Family Agency (FFA) Administrator to meet and maintain compliance as required and described for contracts, government regulations, licensing, HIPAA, accreditation (CARF) and Agency policies. Track, collect and analyze data for purposes such as but not limited to improving the program processes and program services provided. Lead projects and task forces, collaborate with others, problem solve, communicate plans and facilitate presentations and training. Understands the importance as well as the principles for collecting and maintaining data.
