About the Role
The Medical Front Desk Receptionist is part of team that greets lobby visitors, answers, screens and transfers calls for the agency and provides customer service support to patients, visitors and staff. The Receptionist assists with scheduling, rescheduling and canceling of appointments; registering patients; answering patient questions; and checking insurance eligibility.
This is part time, 20 - 25 hours per week. Our core hours are 8:30 am -5:00 pm
