About the Role
Justice At Last continues to have an active trial calendar in 2023 and seeks Staff Attorneys who are eager to gain courtroom experience in a variety of areas, including but not limited to enforcing and protecting crime victims’ rights, seeking lost wages through the California Victim Compensation Board, pursing post-conviction relief for crimes clients were forced to commit while being trafficked, establishing identity documents and identity-theft recovery, securing restraining orders against exploiters and advancing survivor’s parental rights, achieving immigration relief before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, Immigration Court and the Board of Immigration Appeals, and helping clients preserve housing and secure housing-related benefits.

Founded in 2015, Justice At Last provides free legal representation and support services and we are a mobile practice and meet our clients where they already receive trusted services in their community.
