Health Services Associate Coordinator
Job Description
This position will report to the Health Services Coordinator and assist in representing the health care interests of Individuals receiving services by San Andreas Regional Center. It will act as a coordinator of Health-Services and will assist the HS Coordinator in supporting the providers, Service Coordinators and District Managers. Must be able to analyze data, create reports and spreadsheets to capture department activity.
Licensed RN with a bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred but not required, with minimum of 1 year a regional center or 2 years’ experience at a regional center and/or working with people with developmental disabilities center or similar experience recommended. Discharge planning and training/teaching experience required. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
