Job Description
Seeking a Managing Director who is not just a leader, but a visionary deeply committed to the mission, vision, and goals of Teatro Vision. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience in the financial, operational, and administrative duties outlined below and be able to deliver within an energetic environment with diverse teams. They should take the initiative and ownership of their responsibilities to ensure the ongoing success of their colleagues and the organization, and most importantly, they should be unwavering in their commitment to our mission and vision.As the Managing Director, you will work in close partnership with our Artistic Director. Together, you will ensure that our programs and operations are always centered on community, collaboration, and creativity. Your role will be to provide the operational and administrative vision that complements the Artistic Director’s artistic vision.This can be a part-time or full-time position with significant flexibility in the work schedule. The successful candidate can work from home or the office, except when our production schedule necessitates a work schedule and in-person availability.
