About

Established in 2015, as a woman-owned and BIPOC-led organization, Venture Leadership Collective (VLC) represents a group of strategic-minded practitioners and deep thinkers dedicated to greater equity and justice through frontline nonprofit partnership. We have successfully partnered with over 180 nonprofits, schools, municipalities, philanthropies, and for-profit organizations across 16+ states. VLC’s mission is to elevate the nonprofit sector through a collective of executive nonprofit practitioners that provide impact focused practice, added bandwidth, and applied expertise – all in service of closing gaps of inequity. By connecting vision and mission with operational clarity and intentionality, VLC guides organizations through the complex systems hindering your organizational desires for greater impact, and work together towards building a more operationally efficient institution. Through a number of tailored services, VLC offers a partnership that is invested in your organization and that works together to create new models, implement targeted programs, and handle existing workloads. Pricing Details

We strive to create a balance between our desire to work with organizations of varying size, scope, and setting expectations about the true cost of our core services and the talent required to consistently deliver at a high-level. While there will always be nuances that require flexibility when arriving at the final price point, VLC strives to be as unambiguous as possible with our pricing. As longtime nonprofit executives, we understand the diverse and complex needs of our sector and know we are not always the right solution for each engagement. We connect with all prospective clients in the spirit of our ethos: community, connection, and being in service of both your mission and the sector, even if our services aren’t the right fit for your organization. Our work is grounded in authentic dialogue, partnership, and the unapologetic gumption of speaking the truth while striking a balance between humility and expertise. It is who we are as much as what we deliver that makes VLC a recognizable and trusted brand and ally in the social justice and equity space. Just like our approach, the quality of our deliverables matters.
