Executive Assistant & Event Coordinator (Part-Time, Seasonal) March 1 – April 17, 2026 • $35/hr • Hybrid (San Jose/Campbell) The 2026 Children’s Summit takes place on Friday, April 17 (8:30 AM–2:30 PM) at Villa Ragusa in Campbell.

Kids in Common is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Executive Assistant & Event Coordinator to support event planning and day‑of execution. This is a temporary, project-based role with strong potential for continued employment after the summit.

Responsibilities - Provide administrative and scheduling support to the Executive Director. - Coordinate speakers, presenters, sponsors, and silent auction items. - Assist with event logistics, registration, communications, and materials. - Recruit, schedule, and support 5–10 volunteers. - Help manage day-of setup, event flow, and breakdown on April 17 (8 hours, including setup and teardown).

Qualifications - Experience in administrative support and/or event coordination. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks independently. - Comfortable coordinating and supporting volunteers. - Available for the full event day on April 17.

Hours & Compensation $35/hour Est. 10 hours/week until April 16 8 hours on April 17
