The Cook is responsible for daily meal preparation for the Senior Nutrition Program, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, production, and portion control in accordance with standardized menus and program requirements. This position maintains food and supply inventory and coordinates ordering with the Senior Nutrition Program Site Manager. The Cook also provides direction to kitchen aides and volunteers to support efficient and safe meal service.
