The Financial Controller provides leadership and direction of Hidden Villa’s finance and accounting processes. The Financial Controller creates budgets, manages cash flow, develops and implements financial policies, provides analysis of financial results, assists with financial strategy and decision making, assures financial and accounting compliance, manages the annual audit, and is responsible for the monthly reporting and close process. The Financial Controller directly supervises and provides backup for the Staff Accountant, and reports directly to the Executive Director.

This position is a full-time, exempt position. The compensation for this position is $125k-$135k per year, commensurate with experience. This position is full time and will be required to be onsite 3 days per week minimum in Los Altos Hills. This position is fully benefitted, including paid time off, health insurance and retirement. Because Hidden Villa is a youth-serving organization, all applicants will be required to complete a background check and Live Scan fingerprinting before hire. Due to the nature of Hidden Villa’s operations, work hours may vary.
