The Latino Education Advancement Foundation (LEAF) is a 501(c)(3) organization focused on providing programs, advocacy, and responsive education initiatives benefiting college-bound students graduating from East San Jose High Schools. The mission of LEAF is to advance and develop initiatives that benefit low-income students attending East San Jose schools. Through scholarships, workshops, peer mentorship, parent engagement, and college partnerships, LEAF aims to increase the number of students who enroll in and persist through college to earn a degree. We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and results-oriented Director of Development to lead our fundraising and advancement efforts.
