Job Description
The Senior Program Coordinator, Family Engagement and Advocacy Program, plays a key role in delivering high-quality programming across LEAF’s program areas: Career Exploration & Development (CED), College Success Program (CSP), College and Career Preparation (CCP), and Family Engagement & Advocacy (FE & Adv). This position is responsible for implementing workshops, supporting curriculum development, coordinating events, cultivating relationships with students, families, mentors, and partners, and ensuring that program operations run smoothly. The Senior Program Coordinator will also track program outcomes, collect feedback, and help refine delivery to meet LEAF’s annual goals. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work effectively with first-generation Latinx students and families in East San José. The Senior Program Coordinator, Family Engagement and Advocacy position is a Temporary, Full-Time, Non-Exempt role that reports to the Program Manager, Family Engagement and Advocacy to ensure program quality and impact.
