POSITION PURPOSE
LifeMoves seeks a visionary, strategic, and results-driven fundraising leader to serve as Chief Philanthropy Officer (CPO). Reporting to the CEO and serving as a key member of the senior leadership team, the CPO will lead and inspire a 30-person Development team to generate $28MM in private philanthropic support. In partnership with the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership, the CPO will help position LifeMoves as a leading force in solving homelessness in Silicon Valley.

Our mission is to end homelessness by providing interim supportive housing, tailored services, and building collaborative partnerships. With over two dozen interim supportive housing communities and more on the way, LifeMoves gives our neighbors experiencing homelessness a temporary place to call home while providing intensive, customized case management through site-based programs and community outreach.
