Resident Coordinator
Job Description
Housing Choices is hiring a full-time, hybrid, on-site Resident Coordinator to support residents at Mitchell Park Place in Palo Alto (600 E Meadow Dr, Palo Alto, CA 94303).
The Resident Coordinator provides information, advice and support to enable residents with developmental disabilities to live successfully in affordable housing communities at specific partner properties. This role includes both work-from-home and on-site hours, and you’ll have an office space on the property to meet with residents.
As a Resident Coordinator, you’ll help residents with developmental disabilities maintain stable housing by assisting with paperwork, coordinating community-building activities, supporting conflict resolution, and communicating with maintenance, property management, and the resident’s circle of support—including family, friends, and other service providers. Your role is to ensure residents live comfortably, address any issues that arise with their housing at Mitchell Park Place, and feel supported, included, and confident in their homes.To Apply, please email gia@housingchoices.org with your resume and cover letter.

Housing Choices is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities—including autism, Down syndrome, and cerebral palsy—in finding and retaining stable, affordable housing. We partner with affordable housing developers throughout the Bay Area to secure dedicated units for this population and ensure long-term housing stability through our comprehensive services.
