Sunday Friends seeks a dynamic and compassionate Spanish Bilingual Director of Programs to lead, manage, and enhance our initiatives that empower families to break the cycle of poverty. The Director of Programs will oversee program design, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and strategic goals. This individual will work closely with staff, volunteers, and community partners to deliver impactful, participant-centered programs that foster self-sufficiency, financial literacy, and community engagement.

Established in 1997, Sunday Friends Foundation is a small, but powerful Latina-led 501(c)(3) non-profit operating in Santa Clara County, California. Our mission is to help families break the intergenerational cycle of poverty and achieve health equity by activating their internal power and providing resources through a supportive community across multiple generations. By helping families to break the cycle of poverty across generations and achieve health equity, Sunday Friends can help create a more just and equitable society for all.
