Nonprofit Convergence is a one-day, multi-track regional conference convened by SVCN to mark our 30th anniversary and respond to urgent, sector-wide needs across the greater Bay Area. This event will bring together nonprofit leaders, staff, and partners for a day of learning, collaboration, and community building.

Nonprofit Convergence is a one-day, multi-track regional conference convened by SVCN to mark our 30th anniversary and respond to urgent, sector-wide needs across the greater Bay Area. This event will bring together nonprofit leaders, staff, and partners for a day of learning, collaboration, and community building.

The conference is grounded in six core pillars: 

  • Advancing racial justice and equity
  • Ensuring accessibility for all
  • Fostering collaboration and alliances
  • Elevating community voice
  • Building collective solutions to shared challenges
  • Strengthening the sector through learning and capacity building

Audience

Our participants include professionals across the Bay Area nonprofit sector, with roles spanning program and outreach, fundraising, marketing, advocacy, operations, and leadership. Proposals should be designed for mixed-experience groups and clearly indicate the intended audience (by role, function, or issue area) and any prerequisites. We anticipate 400+ nonprofit practitioners in attendance.
