Event Cancellation by SVCN
- The Silicon Valley Council of Nonprofits (SVCN) reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
- If SVCN cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.
- Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, SVCN has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Registration & Cancellation Policy
- Unless otherwise noted in the registration materials, full refunds are available up to 5 business days before the event.
- Cancellations received after the deadline are not eligible for a refund. However, attendee substitutions are permitted — please let us know if someone will attend in your place.
- All cancellation or substitution requests must be sent by email to admin@svcn.org.
- Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used for payment. Requests must include the billing contact's email address (used at checkout), attendee’s name, and/or transaction number.
- No refunds will be given for registrants who choose not to attend.
Refund and cancellation policies apply to all SVCN events unless otherwise noted in the corresponding event materials. Please read all individual event information thoroughly as no exceptions will be made.
